Biansi eGo Electronic Cigarette - Personal Vaporizer
The Biansi eGo system is made up of four primary components as illustrated in the photo above.
The Battery is a lithium ion battery. When you first get your kit you should charge your batteries completely. It will take approximately 2 hours to fully charge your batteries. Your battery will last for 5-10 hours of use, depending on your usage habits.
Your batteries are equipped with a 5-click off/off feature. Press the button 5 times quickly within 2 seconds, your battery tip will flash, it will now be off. Press it again 5 times again to turn it back on. The batteries usually ship in the off position.
The Atomizer heats the liquid contained in the cartridge to produce the vapour. When you first get your atomizer you will have to prime it. If you look into the top of the atomizer, you will see a mesh bridge. One or two drops of liquid on the bridge will suffice. It is very important to not let your atomizer run dry. Running it dry will burn out your atomizer. When inserting the Cartridge into the atomizer, the bridge should barely touch the filler material in the cartridge which creates the "wicking" function.
The Cartridge contains the filler material that absorbs the liquid. This is where you will put the liquid. The first time you fill your cartridge, remove the silicone cap from the cartridge and drip liquid into the filler material. You can use a toothpick to help the liquid to absorb. It can take about 10 or more full drops to fill the first time. *Make sure it is puddled on top*. After the first fill, the filling material will more easily and quickly absorb the liquid. When you notice a change in taste (approximately 10-15 puffs) you will need refill or "top off" your cartridge. Each refill should only be a few drops.
The Cone is purely for aesthetics and slides down over the cartridge and atomizer to attach to the battery.
The Charger "pig tail" can be plugged into a USB port on your computer or into the USB wall adapter that plugs into your household outlet. When connecting the battery to the charger it should be snug but do not over tighten. When you feel it stop that is good. The light on the charger will turn red and remain red while it is charging your battery. Once fully charged it will turn green. Charging generally takes about 1.5-2.5 hours on the wall charger but could take longer when connected to computer or other USB port.
Care and Maintenance - This is an electronic device; do not use water to clean any of the electrical connectors. Every day, clean the atomizer threading, the battery threading and the inside threading on the charger with a piece of dry paper towel. Keep all components out of the reach of children, and pets.
