Any person or entity to receive products from Vape Mate must agree to all terms set forth in this disclaimer. Consent must be made via an acknowledgment before any order is filled. The party who acknowledged this agreement agrees not to lend, resell, give, donate or otherwise allow any third party to use or in any form, come in contact with any product or item, or residue from any product or item purchased or acquired on or from this site. That party also agrees that they will be receiving product and upon sale are the sole owner of the product. Failure to intentionally or unintentionally do so is in violation of this agreement and as such resolves Vape Mate owners, or employees or anyone associated with the company of any and all liability from any litigation. Purchaser represents and warrants to us that from purchaser's own independent review and study they are fully aware and knowledgeable about (I) the health and safety hazards associated with the handling of the products purchased; (II) industrial hygiene controls necessary to protect themselves and others from such health and safety hazards; (III) the need to adequately warn of health and safety hazards associated with products; and (IV) government regulations regarding the use of and exposure to such products. We reserve the right to limit sales of products or not to sell products to unqualified customers.

IN NO EVENT SHALL VAPE MATE OR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, WETHER PURCHASER'S CLAIM IN CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE.

IN CONSIDERATION OF THE SALE OF PRODUCT TO PURCHASER, WHICH SALES WE WOULD NOT OTHERWISE MAKE, PURCHASER AGREES TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD VAPE MATE AND ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES HARMLESS FROM ALL CLAIMS, EXPENSES, LOSSES AND LIABILITY OF ANY NATURE.
