Interact Email Money Transfer

Just like sending cash but from your online or mobile banking!

It is a simple, convenient and secure way to send and receive money directly from one bank account to another. All you need is access to online or mobile banking through a participating financial institution and you can send money to anyone with an email address or mobile phone number and a bank account in Canada — without sharing any personal or financial information. It's a great alternative to cheques and cash.

To complete the transfer simply log into your online banking. Under the transfer section there will be an option to send an Interac Email Money Transfer. Enter the amount of your order and send it to the email address provided with your order. Please remember to set the answer to the secret question to word we provided with your order, as we the receiver have to answer that question to receive the funds.

If you cannot find the Interac Email Money Transfer option on your online banking, please call the 800 number on the back of your bank card and they will help you complete your transaction.

Below is a basic step by step on how a transfer is completed by you. Different Financial Institutions will look slightly different but conceptually they are the same.

Payments would be sent to to Vapemate (sales@vapemate.com)
There would be a Security Question that you enter and we would be able to see
And an answer to the case sensitive security question answer or password that we would need to enter to receive the funds

Once you have filled in the fields of the add recipient form, click “Send Money” to access the email money transfer form.
In the name / email field please select your preferred email address associated with your account.
In the next field, select your bank account from which you would like to make payment.
Enter the total amount of your Vapemate invoice into the Amount Field.
Select “sales@vapemate.com” in the drop down “Recipients” menu, and enter your invoice order number into the message field if available.
Once you have filled out all of the required fields, please click the next button, and confirm the details of the transfer on the following page.

Once you have confirmed, and sent your email money transfer payment we will process your order as quickly as possible, and your goods will be shipped within 24-72 hours.
We may require ID at delivery for any orders placed using e-mail interac transfer.
